Rosa Nely Estrada, M.A., LMFT, is a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License MFC 78860) based in Tustin, CA. She is available for In- person Psychotherapy services and provides virtual Psychotherapy Services throughout the whole California. Virtual-Telehealth services are of popular demand for busy individuals who prefer to maximize their time.

 

Through her private practice, "Inside Out Counseling Services," provides bilingual psychotherapy services to young adults, adults, and families.  

 

​Her clinical work includes anxiety, emotional distress, stress, life transitions, work-life balance, relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional regulation, coping skills, and attachment-related concerns. Treatment is individualized according to each client's needs and goals.

Rosa Nely works with individuals, couples, and families, including parent-child relationship dynamics. Her work may address communication, attachment, boundaries, conflict, emotional connection, and recurring relational patterns. Couples therapy may focus on communication, relationship dynamics, and developing healthier ways of relating to one another.

 

Rosa Nely also works with individuals who have experienced trauma, significant life stressors, or difficult life events that may continue to affect emotional well-being, relationships, coping, and the nervous system. She incorporates EMDR therapy when clinically appropriate to address trauma-related concerns and assist with the reduction of PTSD symptoms and other distress associated with traumatic experiences.

Her approach considers emotional, relational, behavioral, and situational factors that may contribute to a client's current concerns. Depending on treatment needs and goals, she may incorporate attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, somatic approaches, psychodynamic interventions, Internal Family Systems-informed approaches, and EMDR.

 

In addition to psychotherapy, Rosa Nely provides EMDR consultations to individuals in the mental health field.

 

With more than 16 years of experience providing psychotherapy, Rosa Nely has worked with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds as they navigate trauma, relationships, stress, emotional concerns, and life transitions. Her work is collaborative and focused on helping clients develop insight, coping strategies, and skills consistent with their identified goals.
