"You don't have to be have it all together. Life is a journey and a process just like Therapy. It's perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Life doesn't go as smooth for for everyone and unfortunately sometimes we face pain, trauma and adversity. I believe that having the tools to get through difficult difficult patches in our lives as well as a support system is essential. Having feelings makes you human and if you are struggling because of the pain you have been holding on to or that you haven't processed that is normal. My hope is that with giving yourself permission to start the healing process, little by little you will start to feel better, lighter, and on a positive path to living the life that you envision and desire.
